Our objective is: To provide quality products at the best pricing available at the quantities you need, shipped quickly. To achieve this objective, we must keep the need for returns at a minimum. Therefore, we suggest you take advantage of the idea that our business is built on...buying what you need instead of a case or package. We have no minimum order on in stock items. Buy a few label or tag sheets first to make sure it is the right label or tag for your project. This way you can examine first hand the quality, color, texture and adhesive of any product we offer. If then you do decide it is the right product for your project or mailing, simply order more.

We have the understanding that you have tested/sampled the product(s) and have determined the product(s) will meet your needs and are well suited for your project prior to placing an order of size. However, we do understand there may be times that you simply order an item by mistake, your project or plans change or your inkjet or laser printer doesn’t handle label materials as well as you’d hoped… therefore we want to be able to assist you when you to make a return. Please read and follow the below guidelines:
Custom printing: As our customer, you will review a proof of each label design and/or receive a sample print via snail mail (see press proofs:roll or sheet). You can ask for adjustments or give an "okay to print". Because we work with you to design and print your labels, and especially when you've given an okay to print, refunds and returns can not be given. We assume artwork that has been submitted as "print-ready" by a customer has already been approved and therefore does not require an electronic proof. A press proof (an actual printed copy) can be requested for a fee of $5 (roll labels) and $50 (sheet labels).
Quick printing: proofs are either not offered or can be waived by the customer for items such as anything and everything labels, water bottle labels, candle warning labels, return address labels and other “quick print” pre-designed offerings. Because we copy and paste your text directly from your order into the label, refunds and returns can not be given. *(if we do indeed copy and paste incorrectly, your order will be reprinted and reshipped at no cost to you). If you do request a proof for a quick print item and then decide you need to cancel the order (after the proof work has been completed but prior to the label printing) you can do so for a $10 cancellation fee. Orders can not be canceled or refunded if the order has already started printing.
Blank Label and Tag Sheets: You may return, within 15 calendar days of purchase, blank label or tag sheets that are in NEW condition. There is a non-negotiable restocking charge of 15% of the product total (min. restocking fee is $8.00). A credit will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the return back at our shipping facility in Bloomington, IL. Original order shipping as well as return shipping is not refundable.
Clearance Items / Special Offerings: Items in both the clearance section as well as the Special Offerings section are items that will no longer be stocked or were never stocked on a regular basis and therefore not returnable.
Products returned to Creative Label Concepts require an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). To initiate a return, please fill out the RMA form online. ALL RETURNS must be secured in a BOX and shipped via UPS or FEDEX for proper handling and tracking. Please write the RMA number on the shipping box. (We do not recommend shipping returns via the post office or using the flat rate envelopes)
