~We do not accept returns. This is to protect the integrity of our label products. Most of the orders we send out, with the exception of some 100 ct. packages, are a combination of loose label sheets - our inventory is top-notch and well cared for. We pull an order, package it between chipboard and insert the order into a plastic sleeve for protection during mailing. Once an order leaves our facility, we have no control over the conditions it is exposed to (i.e. passed around the office, coffee splatters, odors such as smoke or left inside an intensely hot or cold car). Because we can not guarantee a product that has been returned to us, we will not sell it. To stay in business and to keep prices acceptable, we will no longer be accepting returns. Please understand, this is a benefit to our customers - our customers know they will never receive merchandise that has been shipped out, return, restocked and shipped out again. No one wants returned merchandise.

~Because we do not offer returns, we suggest you take advantage of the idea that our business is built on...buying labels by the sheet. We have no minimum order on in stock items and only a 5 sheet minimum on special order items. Buy a couple sheets first and make sure it is the right label for your project. This way you can examine first hand the quality, color, texture and adhesive of any product we offer. If then you do decide it is the right label(s) for your project or mailing, simply order more. This makes much more sense and eliminates any need for a return.
